Old Age And The Trouble At The Gym

Old Age And The Trouble At The Gym

Fitness and bodybuilding is dead, spoiled kids and fake workouts finished it off, and the result is a son of a gun, is people who come to the gym still getting deformed by gym lies.

There isn’t an evil person on this planet, that would actually wish that on someone if they could think about it.

Just when you thought this could not sound anymore creepy, you will become deformed - to say the least – from gym lies as well.

There are some ladies at my gym, and it is always ladies, who have it figured out, but they cant say anything either, wisely so.

To complicate the matter even more, a bad workout routine is hard to break, and - and-i-kid-you not – fitness and bodybuilding are not optional.

Skinny or fat, you need to move, to put on muscle, to become athletic, and to surprise you even more, this get more and more important as you age.

Let me tell you something even worse, do you feel old? Like there is nothing you can do because aging is time and time only ticks.

That is not actually true, the old you feel is just muscle atrophy, it will lead you into deformation as you age, you can only become more feeble.

You need to get your muscles back, and it is very easy, stupid easy, walking and then walking with dumbbells easy.

So look at this, you think to yourself I am too old to walk, but it is not age, it is just muscle loss, the lie of old age is making you older.

To throw some more hurt into this, gym can’t help you, maybe a physical therapist can, but not beyond the basics.

I think you may get sent to a chiropractor, or into hydro therapy, where you can blow some bubbles out of your rear.

But I think the truth is, that you are on your own, surrounded by lies, and people who invented a way to sit at the gym.

Who will take a photo of your wrinkled hope to recover self, and call you names, like turtle lady, or whatever that wrinkly cat is called.

And if you ask them to stop uploading your wet ass to the internet, they will terminate your membership for disrespecting them.

They’ll tell their dad how you said, you will upload their phone, up their ass with your foot, which is violence and maybe a trespass notice.

And then you have to dress nice, which I did to see how ugly I was, and an employee walked up to me and said you can’t wear this here.

I just got the shirt delivered to me, and I was trying to be courageous, and hated it, because I was ugly, and stupid, and made for fat people like me.

And the lady told me I am showing my nipples, she said it out of cultural hate for men who dress muscular or manly,

But, I looked like an omelet, wrapped in a rag now clutching his fat tits – bless her.

You are going to have to stick out like this, for multiple years, while snide wet naps spin gossip and occasionally take a picture of your wet ass.

Cat turds aside, let me remind you, that you are the sole host of memories, that deserve every possible day out of you, once you are gone an entire world dies.

With all the love you once held dear, with all the good memories, you have to march yourself back to the gym.

Tell the staff to hold the turds, and take a good look at the equipment there, mostly dumbbells.

If you can barley stand, then you will need the machines, but if you can stand, then they stand more.

At the gym you always do more, then when not at the gym.

If you need machines, be careful, use them just enough to be able to stand, and take of for walking adventures, where you gain balanced muscle.

And that is the key, fitness and bodybuilding require endurance fo lifting, you need to walk, dance, very slowly jog, and add with 3lb dumbbells.

The finest version of that that you should aim for non stop, is hiking especially the long trails, and actually camping in the woods.

This is bodybuilding, you did it as a baby, as a teenager, you go long, you add weight, you stand up, you grow, you carry weight.

When you enter the lifestyle of lifting, then your youth return to you, same body you had as a teenager, same walk, same posture.

Lift light, but not so light that you can lift more, and never so heavy that you must stop.

And may you carry your memories well, they are holy.
